Technical Support

Technical Support

Edoceo can provide on-site technical support to our Seattle area customers, like your own on-call help desk. Edoceo can provide all of the major help desk type of services and more available hourly, or on a monthly retainer. Costs vary (of course) based on the needs and method of service selected.

While there are many things that a help desk does (and we can do all of them), some things need special mention. Below are listed the most common types of services, these are available both hourly and monthly.

  • Computer Support and Upgrades - Care and feeding of Microsoft Windows (all versions), Linux (any distribution) and Macintosh personal computers and server.
  • Network Engineering - Setup and configuration of your network including cabling and servers.
  • Software Services - Fixing misconfigured software, virus scans, removal of spyware and adware

Services such as custom applications and database services can be found in the development area of our web site.

Network Support

Edoceo has more than 10 years experience with networking, from small single office to very large nationwide connectivity. We can provide cost effective solutions for any network needs. We use top quality products from companies like Netgear, Cisco, and 3Com. When its time for a reliable network setup that can grow with your business, contact the professionals at Edoceo.

Wireless Networking - WiFi

Intrested in wireless networking or already have one setup? Has it been tested for security? Many WiFi networking products create a open insecure network out of the box. Edoceo can configure wireless networks for more security and to improve your privacy.

If privacy and security is of major concern, i.e. corporate, then the wireless network requires more security. Edoceo has developed a system to lockout a WiFi network, ensuring that intruders on the WiFi network cannot access other corporate subnets. WiFi security protocols are simply not enough to protect such an investment.
