Edoceo's Service Rates
Edoceo is a full service technology provider to businesses in legal, financial and other industries with exacting standards. We cover the entire technological needs spectrum: desktops, servers, networks, printers, backups, VPN, hardware and software. Our approach is to first understand the clients business needs then determine which technologies will solve these issues. Edoceo doesn't move on after the job is done, we build a relationship with our clients so we can continue to be a resource they can use to make them selves beter and stuff.
Rates are quoted for work during the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. After-Hours rates apply to any work outside those hours including weekends. A one hour minimum charge applies to all onsite work with 1/4 hour increments following. Charges vary on long distance travel of more than 50 miles and will be negotiated during initial consultation.
Special rates apply when blocks of time are purchased in bulk. Additionally clients who pre-purchase these blocks of time receive priority preference when requesting services.

Client Referral
For every client referred a credit of one hour of time is given to the referring client. This hour can be applied to any of the categories of work except for After Hours. In this case the credit will may be used but After-Hours surcharges will still apply.
